How to Request Data Deletion
In-App Method
- Open the AI Baby app
- Go to Settings → Privacy & Security
- Select "Delete My Data"
- Follow the confirmation steps
- Receive email confirmation

- Include your registered email address
- Provide account verification details
- Specify data deletion requirements
⚠️ Important Notice: Data deletion requests are irreversible. Once processed, your account and associated data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.

- Profile information (name, age, photos, bio)
- Contact information (email, phone number)
- Uploaded parent photos and AI-generated baby images
- Account settings and configurations
Activity Data
- Usage analytics and interaction history
- Search and filter history
- Saved baby names and favorites
- AI generation history
Data Retention Exceptions
Legal Requirements
Data required by law for fraud prevention, safety, or legal compliance may be retained.
Financial Records
Transaction records may be kept for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.
Safety Data
Data related to safety reports and violations may be retained to protect other users.
Deletion Timeline
Processing Schedule
Immediate Actions (0–24 hours)
Account deactivation, profile removal from search, stop data processing.
Complete Deletion (30 days)
Personal data removal, backup system deletion, third-party data removal.
Grace Period
There is a 7-day grace period after requesting deletion during which you can cancel the request and reactivate your account. After the grace period expires, deletion becomes irreversible and cannot be undone.
