Welcome to AI Baby, developed by Joinim Apps (a product of AKATRO BİLİŞİM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ). ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

5. AI Baby Generation Service

Our AI baby generation feature uses artificial intelligence to create predicted baby images based on uploaded parent photos. You understand and acknowledge that:

• Generated images are AI predictions and do not represent actual future outcomes
• The accuracy of generated images is not guaranteed
• You must have the right to upload any photos you submit
• You must not upload photos of minors without parental consent
• Generated images are for entertainment purposes only

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal purposes.

7. User Content

Our Services may allow you to submit content, including photos and other materials ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your User Content in connection with providing our Services.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Upload photos of individuals without their consent
• Generate inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Infringe upon the rights of others

9. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated baby images are for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for any medical, genetic, or predictive purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Term and Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

13. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the applicable rules of Turkish law. The seat of arbitration shall be Antalya, Türkiye. The language of arbitral proceedings shall be English.
